Privacy Notice
1. Who we are
SIGHTER is operated by esc IT Pty Ltd, ABN 78 662 516 574, a company registered in Australia. For any question concerning privacy, please write to privacy@sighter.cricket.
2. What we collect
We collect only what is needed to deliver the service:

| Your cricket video | The footage we examine to produce your review. |
| Body-position data | The positions of your joints and limbs, worked out from your video. This is what the coaching framework actually examines. |
| A payment reference | A transaction number from the payment provider. We never see or store your card or bank details. |
| Your chosen language | To deliver your review in the language you selected. |
3. Where your data is kept
Everything is kept on servers in India, in the Mumbai region. Your data is not copied to servers in any other region.
4. How your data is protected
In plain terms: your video and personal details are scrambled so that nobody else can read them — both while they sit on our servers and while they travel to and from us. Specifically:
- Data is encrypted while stored, using managed keys that are rotated regularly.
- Data is encrypted while in transit, over a secure connection.
- Access is tightly restricted, and granted only where genuinely required.
- Every occasion on which your video or derived data is accessed is recorded in a log that cannot afterwards be altered.
- Your personal details never appear in our error logs, monitoring dashboards, or diagnostic output.
5. How long we keep it
We retain your data only for as long as is necessary to deliver the service and to meet any legal obligation upon us. Once it is no longer needed, it is permanently deleted.
6. Whose video you may submit
You may submit video of yourself only. Submitting footage of another person without their express permission is not permitted, and the service is built to prevent it.
7. Your rights
You are entitled to:
- See the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything held about you that is inaccurate.
- Have it erased. On request we will delete your video, the data derived from it, and your account information. We retain only a record that consent was validly given and later withdrawn — a record which does not identify you, and which we are obliged to keep.

8. Others who handle your data
We rely on the following providers to operate the service:
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage, and processing, in the Mumbai region.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- AiSensy and Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — delivery of messages.
We do not sell your personal data, rent it, or share it with anyone for advertising or marketing purposes.
9. This website collects nothing
This website is a static informational site. It collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and carries no tracking or analytics that identifies individual visitors.
It also makes no request to any third-party server. Fonts, images, and every other asset are served from this site alone. Nothing on this page causes your browser to contact an outside service, and no third party learns your IP address as a result of your visiting.
Your language and country selections are remembered in your own browser so that the page appears as you left it. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
10. Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice from time to time. A revision takes effect when it is published here. The version number and date at the top identify the current version, and the version referenced in any consent you have given will always remain available to you.
